A truly great experience. After a sudden bearing failure, I limped to Xpress without appointment. Pete, the boss, took charge, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and supplied a courtesy car. Next morning before 10 it was all done.
I highly recommend Xpress. Superb staff, helpful and knowledgeable and all at a very reasonable price.

Really great service; we needed an urgent repair at short notice after Christmas, before travelling to London. The garage were so accommodating and moved non urgent jobs to fit us in. The work carried out was excellent and we were impressed that the mercanic spent time, when we picked up the car, visually pointing out another ( minor) fault which was not urgent, but needed addressing in the near future, which we had not been aware of. We felt the service was highly professional and efficient. We would be very happy to return for maintenance on our car in the future and recommend the garage.

Have been taking our BMW/Audi's to Express for three years now - a 40 mile round trip - but the only operation I trust for accurate 4-wheel alignment. Front Desk is great, Pat & Ben are extremely knowledgeable and have always been honest regarding whether adjustments were necessary. They spend time performing checks, but have twice told me no adjustments required and therefore no charge - One of only two motor workshops I trust & have faith in.

Thank you for your excellent customer service and value for money. I really appreciate how comfortable you make me feel as a woman getting her car fixed. I used to dread getting anything done on my car. Elsewhere I have been ripped off and made to feel like a second-class citizen. But I'm really thankful I've found you and won't be going anywhere else. Five Stars.

Waited nearly one and a half hours for MOT to be carried out and to be told car had failed. So better communication would have been appreciated. When I took car back for work to be carried out at 8.30am I still had not heard from them at 2.30pm so rang and was then told mix up with part ordered. So again lack of communication. Apart from that it was good to have a courtesy car and the staff were polite so would probably go back.
